4.4 Account Closure

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

cbaj8 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. Before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per user.
• cbaj8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be forfeited.
• Real money and bonus balances are managed separately; real money is always used first.

6.4 VIP Program

cbaj8 has 5 VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players can advance to higher tiers based on their activity. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum, and 1.5% at Diamond.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play

cbaj8 uses game engines from verified providers to ensure fair play across all games. Game outcomes are determined completely at random and impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a gaming session is interrupted due to server or connection problems, cbaj8 will attempt to restore the state of that session. If restoration is not possible, the relevant wager amount will be returned to the user's real money balance.
